Hello,everybody,I want to introduce you to our new course. This speaks to stress. 大家好,我想向你们介绍一下我们的新课程——压力转化。


Stress is something that we all know. I think we all went through stressful moments and we all experience here and there or maybe we often stressed in our life. And so it’s something that is worth to exploring because I believe the stress is actually a signpost to human growth.

压力相信大家都不陌生,我们都经历过一些有压力的时刻,生活中许多地方也经常充斥着压力。压力是值 得我们去探索的,因为我相信,压力其实是个人成长的路标。


And if we explored the building blocks of stress, so what the stress composed out of? We will find out that there is actually a lot of opportunities for us to growth, to become a competent, to develop new abilities and to create more meaningful relations in our life.

若我们去探索压力这座大厦,它到底是由什么构成的呢?我们会发现当中蕴含着很多成长的机会,让我们 发展出新的能力、并在生活中建立更有意义的关系。


So what’s this course about? The course is basically build out of four modules

那么,这门课是讲什么呢?这门课基本分为四个模块


Because there is individual stress. Stress that I care in myself maybe the stress I take it home with me, maybe I can’t sleep well, I have sort of stress situation in my life. So there is something I can explore in myself and practice in myself.

第一个模块是,个人层面的压力。我所关心的自身的压力问题,以及生活中面临的各种压力状况,也许是 从外界带回家的压力、也许是睡眠不好。个人压力中深层次的部分,我可以在自己身上探索、实践。


There is another level of stress. There is more relational. There is in my intimacy relationship, in workplaces, in society. So how can I learn not only to deal with stress in myself but also in the relational context day by day?

第二个模块是,关系层面的压力。这些压力存在于我的亲密关系中、工作场景中、社会交往中。那么,在 处理自身的压力之外,我怎样才能学会处理日常人际关系中的压力呢?


And then there is cultural systemic stress,if I work in the health care institution or if I work in the business so that might be the stress that is systemic. 第三个模块是,文化系统层面的压力。如果我在医疗健康系统或是在商业公司工作,我常常可能面临系统性的压力。


And then we have modules where we explored all the practices and the tools that we can take it into our life on a very practical level and apply day by day in order to induce growth.

第四个模块,是工具与练习的巩固。当我们将集中探索和训练一些有用的工具和练习,我将其带入到生活 的实际应用中,日复一日练习来促成自我的成长。


The format of our course is basically very simple.

课程的形式基本上说来很简明。


We have very short introduction kind of teaching that we can learn and understand more about different aspects of stress then we have guide meditation which means there is a practices that I can explore certain part of myself deeper. And then we have very especial toning meditation.

首先,我们会有精炼的介绍、教学,大家从中可以学到并理解压力的不同面向;然后,针对每一个主题, 会有特定的引导冥想,在此可以更深地探索自我的每一个部分;最后,还有非常特别的 toning 唱诵冥想。


Toning meditation is something that I can listen to. It’s a specific sound meditation that induces deeper relaxation, deeper capacity to sleep, deeper inner letting-go for me to understand my life in the deeper way. Toning

唱诵冥想,是一种特别的声音冥想,引导你进入更深的放松、更好的睡眠、更坦然的放下,以及对 生命更深刻的了解。


And basically every one of us can benefit from this course. Because as I said, if you ever use the word stress or that you have stress in your life. So then this course for sure can shed some light, and add some knowledge, and also some practice to your life how to transformed stress into new capacity and abilities and help you to go further on your own and the path you development.
