聆听,拓展生命的内在空间

个体活动于大环境中

很多时候像被裹挟上了飞机、轮船

不能选择何时脱离

否则迎接自己的只有坠落


飞快的节奏里

需要安住于生活中 开辟一个空间

目光看向生命内部

静静地感知自己

我是谁 我在哪里

我在做什么

我将去往何处

Lisening, I believe, is one of the key elements of sanity even, of health, of a grounded life and an intuitive inner knowing when things change.

我相信,聆听是心智完整、健康、接地气生活的关键因素之一,也是情境变化时,对内在敏锐的直觉、感知。

And most of the time, I believe, wisdom is to hear the change when it’s a whisper. And wisdom is also to move already when change is a whisper. That’s how we can move with life, and we will evolve with life. So that’s why I think that the practice of creating space in our life, allowing the oxygen of listening into our life is an amazing contribution, as well as doing the inner work that is needed.

我相信很多时候,智慧是变化初现,即能听到。智慧也是变化初发,应机而动。我们以这样的方式与生活相伴而行,随之进化。这就是为什么我认为,在生命中创造空间、允许聆听的氧气流入生命是一个美好至极的贡献,内在探索的工作亦是如此。

In order to be more and more and more related to the marketplace that we live in. Because if we listen to this call we choose a life, that is not in a remote cave in the Himalayan mountains, at least not up-to-date, but it’s a life in the cultural agreement, which is relation.

它让我们与身在其中的世俗社会有更多的连接。如果我们倾听召唤来选择生活,这生活并非远在喜马拉雅的山洞中,至少那不是最时新的方式,这生活就在文化契约,也就是关系之中。

So if I see in my life that the activity goes up and up and up, and I don’t have the grouding aspect and time to reflect, my responsibility is to do something about it.

如果我看到生活中的活动不断提升、提升、提升,却没有落地的视角和机会去反观自照,我便有责任去落地反思。

So sometimes, just moments in my daily life, just one minute sitting at the computer, doing whatever I’m doing, and using one minute, two minutes, just to slow down to connect to my body, to just breathe, look inside, and find out, okay, what’s happening in me? Where am I, how grounded am I, how much am I resting in myself? Or how much did I already join the train of running without being grounded here and now?

有时,在日常生活的时光,仅仅是坐在电脑前的一分钟,无论在做什么,用一分钟、两分钟,让自己慢下来,与自己的身体连接,只要呼吸,向内看,并发现,我的内在正发生什么?我身处何处?我有多落地?我多大程度上能够安住于自身?或是我在多大程度上被飞驰的列车挟裹,无法安住于此时此地?

There are just a few moments, or to take 10 minutes in the morning, to take 10 minutes in the evening, and have a time… it’s a “time window”, but the space to reflect is like fresh air in the room. If we never open the window to our room, we will feel it after some time, our life energy will go down. We will get more tired, we will not feel so inspired, because we’re lakcing oxygen.

只要一点时间,晨间或是夜间的十分钟,拥有一个“时间窗口”,反观自照的空间就会像新鲜空气,流淌入房间。如果我们从不为房间开窗通风,一段时间后便会感到生命能量的滑落。会更疲累,缺乏灵感,因为我们正处于缺氧状态。


And I believe in our lifestyle, especially in a secular world, we might miss the “oxygen of space”, inner space, but also space to reflect what we’re doing. That’s the beginning of being in a wheel that might not stop.

我相信在我们的生活方式中,特别是世俗的生活中,我们可能失去了“空间的氧气”,即我们的内在空间,也是我们反观自照的空间。拥有这样的空间,是存在于永动之轮的开始。

So every one of us has a responsibility for space in his or her life. And I think even just to have “time windows”, to just sit and be, is one of the best things that we can do for our health, because it’s an inner hygiene process, but it’s also one of the best things, that we can do for our creativity, to be inspired. To be inspired needs also space.

我们每一个人,都有为自己的生命创造空间的责任。甚至仅仅是拥有“时间之窗”,只是坐着、存在,就是我们能为健康做的最好的事情之一,这种内在充电的过程,是我们能为创造力、激发灵感做的最好的事情之一。灵感的获得,需要空间。
